I recently saw a saying on the internet that fits me perfectly- "I am one workout away from a good mood." I exercise almost every day and am excited to share my work outs with you.

Cold pretty jog

Went for a nice short 2 mile jog at the inn yesterday. So cold (28 degrees) but pretty and nice to be outside for a bit.

Not sure that dork applies. Takes discipline to get out, jog...let alone get some pics and post. Good work. Cold here in Gainesville today.
